About my photographer history
Member of the Nikkor Club and the Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain (RPS).
I took my first photograph when I was 5 years old,
using a twin-lens reflex camera borrowed from the plant where my father worked. Then, influenced by my father’s interest in photography, I acquired basic knowledge of darkroom techniques. Since that time I have progressed through twin-lens→35mm→digital→single-lens digital→robot (using a remote imaging system).
I have taken more than 500,000 photographs and 370,000 pictures on the theme of Mt. Fuji.
Using the latest camera technology and photographic techniques,
I have always tried to make the most of the miraculous opportunities given by Gods. It is an honour to be able to photograph the magnificence of nature, move people emotionally and leave an inheritance that can be handed down through generations.
